I have dark, thick hair on my arms and legs I used to have to shave every 2 days if I didn't want to look like a werewolf. when I got my ipl, I patch tested on the highest setting (the shr setting) and waited 2 days. after seeing no adverse reaction of the skin, I moved forward with the highest auto setting for my legs, first. I wanted to make sure that I was being objective and so I also used it on one perpendicular strip of my left arm.after only FIVE treatments of the highest auto setting (and plenty of shedding hair from my skin haha), my legs were nearly completely bare of course dark hair, and even the hair that still grew seemed to take WEEKS to get as long as it would have gotten in just a few days before (this part i cannot be 100% sure on but thats how it felt). you can see in the pictures how big of a difference it made on that left arm strip.
Of all the ads I 've bought without really knowing if they work, this has been the best deal I 've ever had! I can't believe I'm already starting to see results and it's only been about 3 weeks! So far I have done the armpits, the bikini area and the upper lip (which is the smallest area) which can be done because of how big the light window is and the device has to be completely flat on the skin for the flash to work. Now I can use the "high" setting, it takes time to get used to the stronger settings. "Fast" and "normal" are the mildest. It doesn't hurt, but you can feel it as you increase the settings, so try the low settings first. It's very nice, easy to use and worth the money. I can't wait to test it on my legs next!
This laser hair remover works perfectly, I have furry legs and this removed the hair without any issues, and no pain!Works great 10/10
I tested the laser Epilator with the first two photos. (The first two photos were a day after shaving and using it for a few weeks. The last photo is 2 days after shaving and using Air 10. And I mean, I shave about 15% of what I used to shave. Half of my armpit has very thick hair, so it has taken longer to get rid of it. I highly recommend the 10 if you have thick dark hair! Don't waste your time with any other device. I 've regained confidence in my bikini and armpit line! Hair (if any) is very easy to handle now and there are not as many ingrown hairs as before. This device has saved my sanity. To tell you the truth, I 've been wearing the 3 weeks now and most of the hair has disappeared, but I'm not without hair in any way. Therefore, I recommend using it longer to get the results you want, and then do your maintenance from time to time after.
No pain on legs and armpits but first and second use on bikini was just like they said it could be like. A rubber band smacking you right on the no friend zone. but the third and fourth time was way better and little to no pain. Two weeks in and already seeing results. I have pretty dark hair and very light skin. I haven't shaved since the first use.
